The service is very good. They call and schedule a time to come out to check or fix what needs to be fixed with the soft water. If you ever have any problems they will fix it and follow up to make sure it is working.

We like that salt spills are cleaned up by the delivery person rather than us having to possibly damage our vacuum cleaner by cleaning it up. OR, flooring/carpet damage due to the salt breaking down before it is discovered.

I didn’t hear my salt guy come last week, and he left the bag’s outside. I have had a double shoulder replacement and couldn’t carry the salt bags downstairs, called and he came back to carry the bags downstairs and fill the container. Thank you for going above and beyond
