I appreciate placing ten bags of salt in my basement and loading the water softener. I have metastatic cancer and can no longer do these things.

Speedy service and when calling over the phone they answer quickly and give me answers immediately about my delivery dates, bills and are very helpful. Everyone else lately puts me on hold and don't know answers. Very efficiently company and delivery men are so helpful about where we want them to put water and salt. and because my husband cant lift they fill salt tank too.

A suggestion: Your automated communication is very good. Can you please add a voice/email/text feature to let us know the approximate time delivery will be made the next day once you have the delivery schedule made? Even knowing if delivery will be AM or PM would be beneficial for planning our day.

Customer Service is great !
I've been a customer since 1984 in Billings, MT, with RO and a water softener. We lived on acreage with a well with bad tasting really hard water that stained the toilets. The equipment was already in the house and we were able to take over the sellers' equipment and service account. That was terrific!
When we moved to Spokane, WA, in 1990, I didn't feel the need to get the Culligan equipment because the water tasted great and I just used lime remover to take care of the hard water stains. Over time, the water department started chlorinating the water and I used a counter-top filter to removed the chlorine. Then a few years ago, I was at a health fair and saw a Culligan Booth. I decided to have them come give me an estimate for the RO and soft water equipment and I'm so happy I did that. I have more counter space in my kitchen, I'm sure the water is healthier, my laundry comes out cleaner, especially my jeans seem to keep their color longer. I appreciate the affordable salt delivery and maintenance plan, too.
