We appreciate your products and services! Everyone who has come to our home is pleasant and helpful with any questions we may have. Our water softener is just what we needed. We appreciate the service of delivering and loading salt and checking to make sure things are working properly. The only suggestion we have is that we could possibly be notified of an approximate time of day when you will be here for those deliveries. We receive notifications for the days, but not approximate times. We just want to make sure someone is home. Thank you!

The installation service was excellent—everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail.

My previous water softener was a Culligan. It was 27 years old, but has not been working well for the past couple of years. I think 25 years (give or take) is pretty good for Maple Grove water! I got three other bids and Culligan was close to the lowest in price. Culligan was the only brand I was familiar with.
The sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful and not at all pushy. The installer was friendly and did a great job.

Kudos and thanks to the driver/agent who delivered salt yesterday (Friday). He carried 8 bags of salt from truck to our lower level and topped off our soft water system. I could not help him, as my broken back did not allow me to lift heavy things. He did it all with a smile, and his service was much appreciated.

Culligan water is the best. My washer is still going strong with no problem, and I've had it for years! No calcium build up of any kind..I definitely recommend this to anyone. And the water to drink is fantastic..
