Miguel was professional, super knowledgeable, and just easy to work with, efficient, clean, and clearly knows his craft. The whole home system looks great and runs perfectly.
Would 100% recommend Miguel and Culligan to all my friends or family.
It used to be, 4 years ago, that I would receive reminder calls when filters were about due for replacement. That service was discontinued without notice, and by the time I thought if it, all of my system filters needed replacement.
Apart from that disappointment, I have found Culligan in Napoleon, OH to be suitable for addressing the needs of my system. When I call, I can usually get an appointment without waiting long. When a technician does arrive, they generally know what filters I need and how to correctly replace them.
Takes the water softener care and maintenance off my plate. One less thing to worry about.
Dispenser is working properly and our service person is ALWAYS polite and friendly. He NEVER allows us to ever run out of product.

Delivery is very prompt and scheduled accordingly. Shawn who brings our order everytime knows very well when we need our next round of delivery. He communicates very well with us and we assume he does the same with all his customers!

The water in my city has a lot of lime in it. Since I’ve had my Culligan filtration system, I don’t have any issues with lime around my faucets or toilets. My laundry doesn’t come out grey like it would if I didn’t have the system. I would definitely recommend this system.
We had you out to change filters in reverse osmosis system, Zeke went above and beyond by checking out our softener as well. He was very professional and respectful.

Always a fresh taste, never any aftertaste. Kareem Williams, our driver is always very friendly, complete in all he does. If he arrives and our water is almost, he will not leave without changing it out before we can get to it.
