We have been getting water delivered for about two years, and today was the first time a driver has ever taken the time to actually introduce himself to us. Gary was SO friendly, personable, and professional! He introduced himself, chatted with us, and made sure we knew that if we ever had any questions or concerns, we could reach out to him.
It may seem like a small thing, but it made such a great impression and really stood out to us. That kind of customer service deserves to be recognized!

CHICKASHA CULLIGAN HAS BEEN TAKING GREAT CARE OF OUR WATER SOFTENER AND REVERSE OSMOSIS NEEDS FOR OVER 16 YEARS NOW. OUR DELIVERY MAN "CARTER MARTIN" HAS BEEN MAKING SURE THAT WE GET OUR SALT AND FILTERS MONTHLY FOR A VERY LONG TIME NOW. HE ALWAYS GIVES US A CALL BEFORE DELIVERING TO SEE WHAT WE NEED, AND HE'S ALWAYS SO PROFESSIONAL AND KIND. YOU CAN TELL THAT HE IS SMILING ON HIS PHONE CALLS, BECAUSE HE HAS A VERY PLEASANT VOICE AND IS ALWAYS VERY PERSONABLE. HE ALWAYS CARRIES OUR SALT RIGHT TO OUR BACK PORCH, SO THAT MY HUSBAND DOESN'T HAVE TO CARRY THE BAGS VERY FAR. The best part is that you come out and service it for me. So I don’t have to think about it. Also I love the 5gallon waters being delivered to my porch. With my husband out of town a lot, they get really heavy to lug up my steps.
