I have only had one service call in 6 years & that was for a call that Culligan wanted to do to make sure my softener was working properly and as well asit could. Keith replaced installed a new kit and told me that it was working well for 6 years.

ADAM,ADAM , AND ADAM!! Adam has been our service technician the entire time we've been with culligan. And we really appreciate all of the expertise awesome customer service skills and just that he's a genuinely nice man. I love when I call that they say who do I have the pleasure of speaking with I think that's a very warm and welcoming touch. All of the people that I have spoken with on the phone are extremely customer service focused they are. Attentive to detail and they just do a fabulous job I call every month and pay my bill over the phone and have excellent service each and every time. I wouldn't go to anyone else but Culligan for our water needs. I have recently converted a friend of mine Janice Tousley and she is very pleased with Adam as well thanks me all the time for recommending him to be her Culligan man!
