We get bottled water. I like that it gets delivered and is of good quality.
I can't tell if there is going to be a next option for me to put constructive feedback in or not, so I will put it here. The only thing I don't like is the pricing is somewhat high, plus deposits, and a transportation fee? When we get a house the plan is for sure to switch to a whole home filtration system.

I like that the water softener supplies me with soft water in an efficient manner.
It's seamless. I have a list of the dates on which deliveries will be made. The truck arrives, the delivery is made, no fuss. Even the few times my payment has been late, there were no interruptions.
