Convenience of home delivery and pickup. The truck driver is helpful and friendly. After my husband passed away. I thought I was going to have to cancel my service. It was hard for me to change out the heavy bottles. The delivery driver told me I could get smaller bottles. He took care of that for me and it's much easier for me. I don't have to wait for someone else to come and change bottles. I very happy with this young man.

The receptionist is always friendly and helpful in scheduling appointments, and unschedule the appointments when the salt runs low before my next refill. Chad is my delivery man and he's awesome, I've had substitutes and I don't remember their name but they have been equally friendly

Clean and best tasting water, I’ve tried many, but this water has the best taste. The faucet is easy to use, and the cartridges last for years. I like the technicians because they are prompt, courteous and efficient and are good at explaining the system. They are also very expensive, which is why I don’t normally recommend them to people..
