It has been told to us many years ago that Pensacola's water is unhealthy to drink. So for several years we have been buying bottled water from Culligan and using it for drinking water and coffee. It has served us well. Culligans delivery has been on time and regular.

Their water filtration and softening equipment really does work. The equipment is robust and the sales and installers are well trained. I like my system and look forward to 20 years of service.
Good quality & good service. Representative Alex who came to our house to introduce us to Culligan and explain about the systems; UV and Softener that we were interested in, was extremely pleasant. Had a great personality. He took all the time we needed, to help us chose the right system for us.
He wasn't pushy. He explained everything and answered all our questions We felt very comfortable with him.

We DONT, however, like dealing with the Financit company that the financing goes thru. Its Not your fault you have to use them.
But we found them very rude and argumentive.
We paid it all off within a year, just so we didnt have to deal with them. And we several times, requested for them to send us an invoice (for our records) showing the system has been Paid in Full. They promised to send us a printed copy in the mail. We have NEVER receive a paper copy of the invoice and as l explained to them numerous times...have no way of printing an emailed copy.
We still have not been sent one.
But Culligan themselves seem to be great to deal with!
