I do appreciate your people especially Tom and Ty. I don’t appreciate the length of time from a call for service and actual service date. Tom is very knowledgeable and Ty and the customer could benefit from more training. Specifically, Tom asked if I knew I had a toilet leaking. He observed that by watching the unit (I did know I had al leak but had not fixed it) Tom also determined that there was a problem with the exhaust system by listening to the sound the unit made small information like this given to the service techs in a training session would benefit all. Training doesn’t have to be weekly

Service is great! We have had the same delivery driver for several years, we do not know his name, but, he is always upbeat and friendly. That says a lot.
Larry is extremely helpful and accommodating to our needs! We had an issue with our previous water cooler and within a day or two he brought a replacement cooler and water bottle for us. He also advised on how to clean the cooler properly when changing out the bottles. 10/10 service!

Have had problems with water pressure from my Culligan RO system to my refrigerator icemaker for years. Eric made a service call and we discussed options. He increased the pressure on the RO holding tank which helped the icemaker but decreased the volume of water available in the tank. Decided on installation of an Aquatec demand/delivery pump and Mini-Accumulator Tank. Eric came back and installed both items. The icemaker is finally filling up with water and producing solid ice cubes. Wish I had known about this solution years ago.
Culligan should automatically recommend it to new customers who have a long distance between the RO system and the refrigerator like I do (mine is on the other side of the kitchen and the water line goes up and over the ceiling). It's not cheap but if you want the icemaker to work properly it's a necessity.
Eric is a true professional and is a great representative for the Culligan brand. He is one of the best technicians I have ever had at my house of any trade.

I like fact that you deliver the water softener salt to our house, take the bags of salt down to our basement and put the salt into the water softener . I'm old years old and it sure helps me out.
