When unforeseen problems occur, the ladies in the office step up and take care of it. I've had had a small emergency, and one lady (i believe it was one of them) came to my rescue! The delivery guy is very pleasant and delivers on time. Having home delivery was the best decision I ever made. NO more leaving the house, filling, carrying HEAVY bottles & t home bringing them into the house!! I highly recommend home delivery.!

Chris F was fantastic and actually checked the softener.....it had been 100 days he calculated that I was not getting softened water. I asked at 6/4/2026 service and had salt delivered on 6/25/2026 and asked again. And the container was full but the delivery man left two bags of salt on the floor.....nope you are fine. So no one truly inspected or checked until Chris F came today. Happy it is fixed....sad it took so long for results.
