Speedy service and when calling over the phone they answer quickly and give me answers immediately about my delivery dates, bills and are very helpful. Everyone else lately puts me on hold and don't know answers. Very efficiently company and delivery men are so helpful about where we want them to put water and salt. and because my husband cant lift they fill salt tank too.

A suggestion: Your automated communication is very good. Can you please add a voice/email/text feature to let us know the approximate time delivery will be made the next day once you have the delivery schedule made? Even knowing if delivery will be AM or PM would be beneficial for planning our day.

We have had your service for over 40 years. We must be completley satisfied.
The softener does what it is intended to do. We could not use the water without it. The salt delivery service is reliable, employees are friendly, and the price is reasonable.
