We have been using Culligan to service our under-counter RO system for 11 years and have been very pleased with the service and the technicians. The price for service is also very reasonable. The only problem that we have with the service is that Culligan schedules too aggressively and the technicians are normally an hour or more later than the promised window.

When I got your name from the lady who sold us our house, I called and Marg completely filled me in on our water system and what I needed to do for service and when. Then just before the prescribed date, she gave us advance notice and dispatched a rally great technician to do everything required and talk to me more about my system. If someone is like me and has never had a well before and the new house has a water system, just use Culligan and don't worry about how much you know or don't know about wells and water purification systems.
