It is very convenient especially for older customers who are not able to lift and tote. It makes it possible for them to have the softened water that they want in their home.
Our delivery went very smoothly. I was notified in time to get my dogs secured upstairs. The driver arrived right on-time. He was very polite and did a great job getting the requested number of bags of salt into the basement. Great service for the delivery.
Notification 1-2 weeks before the upcoming delivery would be more helpful as we are not always available with only a few days notice.

Always good clean salt. The service is great. One call and I get delivery quickly and the gentlemen who delivers the salt brings it right to the location I need the bags to be. Always respectful and friendly service from all.

Brett and Gary came out to do my install on my softener and RO system. Just WOW!! What a huge job. Brett is extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Definitely a two-man job. There was a lot of piping under the house. Gary taught me about the RO system, and Brett educated me on the softener and App.
Salesperson Thomas King did a great job explaining the product.There was no pressure. He was very knowledgeable and thorough as I’m one to ask a lot of questions. I told him I would think about it for a couple of days. It took me two hours. There was a cancellation and they were able to install the next day.
I will recommend to my friends and neighbors.
