We like your system & products, although we would like a tech to come & show us what level the system is set to recharge on, & just where to reset the handle when we use the system to bypass the softener when watering the garden & flowers on the outside. We feel the water flow is not correct when we are doing it & need to somehow know exactly where to reset handle to{position}. We also would recommend your system & products to all our friends & neighbors!

Great service! Any time I have an issue, it’s easy to get someone out to take care of it. The tech made a minor error recently after a visit and but was able to come out right away and fix it after trying to help me troubleshoot.

Service is always great! One suggestion I have is have your delivery workers take off their boots/shoes when it is raining and they have to go all the way through a customers kitchen and downstairs and walk on the customers carpet to fill/check the softener
