The softener does what it is intended to do. We could not use the water without it. The salt delivery service is reliable, employees are friendly, and the price is reasonable.

This has been a great lifestyle change for us. No more lugging around cases of bottles and then throwing them out. Always having cold spring water in Wilmington summers is fabulous

Water softner system does help our well. However we still have some discoloration. We have run the regen a few times which has helped.
