When we have called for service it has been scheduled in a timely manner and provided in a friendly manner.
The only thing that has not been provided is a monitor for our propane tank that was requested.
We will be using more propane this year as we no longer are using the pellet stove.

I am able to go on the app to request a delivery and pay my invoice. They also monitor my usage so I don’t really have to request a delivery, they just come and fill it up so I never run out.

It’s too early to comment since I just started with this company. I used to get a discount since I have “auto pay” with Superior Plus- why not with Eastern ?

Lobe we never have to call for a propane refill, it’s automatic. As well, your online payment is easy to use.
Anyone I have called or spoken with at Downeast Energy-from billing, delivery and service -have always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have been a customer for a decade or more and truly appreciate knowing that if there is an issue with heat/hot water that I call and they expedite service. It's wonderful having that peace of mind.
