It is difficult to speak with someone on the phone. I’m grateful there is an online ordering page. Once I found it I was able to order our gas very easily.
I like the reader on our tank. Although, I was really nervous about running out with storm coming. That is our source of heat if we lose power. We called a couple times, but got no response.

The service may need to improve a little bit. It is difficult to contact service support or trying to get someone to answer the phone.

It took me a while to find out that the Brevard office was closed, and I needed to deal with cashiers.
The prompt service is fantastic. There website needs some tweaks, but otherwise everything is good.
I love the staff at Freeman Gas in Cashiers NC. They are responsive and ready to help when I can finally reach them. I do not like their phone lines being taken over by corporate.
Both of us are very happy to be with Rymes propane and oil since we joined your company, however during this very cold spell we were advised to place a delivery for oil if needed at around 30% so I did. Two weeks later we did not receive a delivery so I and my husband both spent well over three hours on hold trying to find any information on a delivery, when we were able to talk to someone all that was said was they are watching our readings. By now our reading was down to 27% and no time given as to when we were going to get oil. Now I had to cut back on heat to save on oil, as we have a cape house and every room is separate with no air flow which makes it harder to heat. The following week we finally got oil but we should have been notified that we were on the schedule for delivery even if through email.
My only suggestion would be is to be like other companies and rather than keeping customers on hold for a very extended period of time is to do call backs and return their calls when able. Being on hold for hours at a time as I'm many folks were and not talking to anyone was extremely frustrating. Hopefully that will not happen again.
