She really went to bat for me. And her supervisor, whom I did not speak with directly, must’ve been very understanding of my situation because she/he did reverse the emergency charge.

We like the prompt service, the fill ups on a calendar schedule, the discount for the tank reader and easy pay system. We don't like the high price of the propane but that is the price for the peace of mind we get living in the mountains.

Great staff, only issue was when delivery was delayed and not anticipated earlier and I had to call to ask for delivery.

Usually delivery is done within 2 or 3 day fro the time you order eve if the stimated time is 7 to 10 days , and surprisingly my deliveries has been done as earlier than 7 am

The service provider was on time, polite and efficient. He repaired, restarted and set up a new remote for our fireplace. He took his time explaining how to use the remote and cleaned up when he was finished.
Delivers are done by the closelymnitired tnk. Never had an issue with running out of propane. Been with Superior for over 11 years.
