Until recently I have had ongoing issues with your billing practices & formats. I guess you are using "new math" & "new world" accounting. Add to that sometimes arrogant & demanding people when I was attempting to make sense of your practices, I came very close to changing my supplier.
However, lately, your budget system & accounting has improved greatly. I can, almost, read your on-line formats. Mind you, I may not be a youngster, I spent 50 years managing retail stores & also selling to their suppliers. So, you see I am familiar with many business practices.
Your improvement is noted.
AGAIN, I have to compliment ALL of your local employees in sales, office & delivery/repair. They are always competent, friendly & affective.

Service... The gentleman who filled the tank called me to double check we wanted the tank filled. It was obvious to him that the house was not occupied. I think he was worried he was at the wrong house. I explained the situation, and he was so helpful and polite! We actually had a great conversation!
Came when I call to be refilled. I ordered 160 gallons this last time but only got 110. That only filled my tank to 80%. Not happy about that.

Very easy to order online. Especially liked the offer of a discount for ordering before peak season begins. Updated me of estimated delivery and delivered within a few days of ordering. Very easy, stress free process, much improved from last year's experience of national shortage and a 3 week waiting period. Highly recommend Superior.

Your support techs are great. They diagnosed a faulty tank and then had it replaced and re-filled in a matter of days. Great work! The only reason for a 9 as opposed to a 10 is that your propane pricing is not the most competitive. Not bad pricing, but not the lowest.
On time and no concerns
Recently there has been a huge improvement in service - telephones are answered and problems are dealt with. Don't know what happened - after Quarles was sold it was impossible to reach anyone local and no one responded to messages. But I've found people really easy to reach and deal with as I prepare to move - and I really appreciate this and have been telling neighbors what good service you provide now.

I got fuel the other day and the driver was very friendly. I just happened to be getting home when the driver was getting done. He came over and gave me the slip and everything was good.
Except for requirements to do 'most' everything online (since I'm basically computer-illiterate) all services are sensational! Promptness of service & billing - great! My preference is to speak to another human than to communicate with Ai.
