Customer Service with billing questions/issues
Dependable driver's who have gone above & beyond the challenging elements to get us the fuel necessary. One may be able to find a cheaper price/gallon, but a few cents savings is damnable when a few cents 'extra' could have provided you with.

I am a very satisfied customer. My only frustration is that it is very difficult to get a local person on the phone to assist over the recent year. The small town feel is no longer present.
I do appreciate Lewis, who is usually the one to come each fall and check my system and tank. On his recent visit, he discovered that the gauge on my tank was not working and he was able to replace it that day. The gauge was falsely reading at 85% full and it was almost empty. Very grateful that this was discovered before the winter weather heads our way!

Office staff in Cashiers, NC is amazing, especially Jennifer. She's gone out of her way to help us in selecting gas fireplace logs and setting up our service for our new home.

We have never ran out of propane or had to call because are propane level is low. I feel like are propane cost has always been extremely competitive with other people we hsve talked to . Who have used other companies for there propane.
