Timely with deliveries. Only once did a technician show up for a boiler cleaning and did not think vacuuming the combustion chamber was needed and teh same visit, he did not have a in line fuel filter to change out. Said he'd be back but nothing was ever scheduled and I was not contacted. I changed out my own filter and vacuumed the boiler out.

I appreciate they always let me know when they are coming, we have dogs and need to put them up before they come. They also monitor or % and automatically come to fill when getting low. They also monitor price is much more affordable then most.
Fast service, but I did not receive any emails letting me know when the oil would be delivered, nor did I receive any receipt on delivery. I used to get both in past deliveries.

I have purchased propane from you for around 25 years now. I have never had a time where I ran out of propane. You're propane prices are the same as most other companies. The only thing that I do not like is your fuel recovery charge.
