Technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to make sure everything was set up properly and even corrected the gas pipe at the fireplace which was done wrong. They explained everything that they were doing and what I should know about using propane and the logs that go in the ventless fireplace. I was very impressed with the customer service not only by the technicians, but the office staff was incredible also. Great Job!! Thank You
