We have never run out of propane. The tank is quite a distance from the road and the filling hose has to be dragged a long way. The delivery person is mindful of property (plants, landscape lighting).

Prompt service
I don’t think that if folks who work the customer service phone line here in the Northern neck are very thoughtful, friendly considerate problem solving is what they do best. I agree with them for 25 years so I wish the cost would come down someday!

A while back I was issued a $10 credit for any future propane purchases, but I can't seem
to actually see the credit applied to my invoice??
I like working with the people at the Blairsville office. They are always so helpful, kind and ready to answer any questions. Anytime any of the men have come out to fill the tank or if I’ve had a problem, they are also very helpful and kind.
