On schedule when they said they were going to deliver
Brian Whalen, service tech, did a wonderful job installing my heater. It was very cold out and I didn't want to lose everything in my studio where I paint over the garage. I am always happy with everything I have had installed. I am concerned about the new dispatching. I think the human side of the Ai is lost. I think employees are going to struggle. I was almost out in the garage and the driver was nervous when I told him our heat tank for the house needed filling too. They need to be able to make decisions and being right here and the house tank was at thirty percent he did what he had to do. When he was told I used to be the manager at Griffith for years and got permission I think he was a bit surprised. Do you remember Bob Lewis teaching the First name removed Affect?, that was introduced in Canada? Maybe you could dig it up. We had a great team.

Had to wait a long time to get ahold of person, but they were very helpful.
Your service is terrible. Have run out of gas 2 times in the past 2 years. So much for your automatic fills. Call your number had to wait on hold over 1 hour to even talk to someone and thy were just a call center. Was 4 days before I got gas. Will say the delivery driver was wonderful. Professional, courteous, and informative. Deciding if I can continue doing business with you.

seem to always be pleasant on the phone and do all they can to solve
an issue. when the propane truck got stuck trying to drive on the lawn,
they returned in a few days and fixed the lawn. all in all just satisfaction
in doing business.
Budget plan, ability to speak with a person on telephone when tank is low. Ability to contract and opt in for pricing.

My wife drove to our cottage from Rochester and had to wait 6 hours - maybe next time you could give us an estimate of when you will come.

Responsive in terms of delivery. The delivery person was courteous and explained the tank filling procedure.
Well i was recommended by some one else ,now im experience your service so far so good .Pricing was a big issue with my last company .Here looks is better service.
While the snow was deep, the driver was able to get to the tnk and fill it.
