The people who are answering your telephone calls are very helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I have been able to order fuel, pay for it and they were very nice about explaining why I couldn't sign up for monitored deliveries (my tank is too small to accept the monitoring device.)

Prompt service. Originally requested fill tank then asked for a gallon total not sure why. I estimated 150 I think it came close to filling tank.

service was prompt and delivery driver was great. the only issue is with delivering a pre-specified amount calculated from the gauge percentage rather than filling to the desired amount. We rely on propane for our generator. I like to keep the level at 80% at the start of the storm season in the fall. I called to set up the delivery and reported we were at approximately 40%. We were told the calculation would require 175 gallons to fill to 80%. After filling the tank with 175 gallons the percentage was only 70%. Would have taken another 50 gallons. Unclear why delivery has to be preset. I am doubting we could get another delivery for just 50 gallons. Would it be easier to just fill the tank to 80% and then bill or require credit card at delivery if billing is the sole issue driving predetermined amounts.
