The personnel are always friendly and helpful. We bought gas logs and a gas flat top grill from Freeman Gas. We continued to purchase their services when we moved to another house in Murphy.
The monitor system helps me so much, The fact that the delivery driver calls ahead is also a comfort to know when I can expect them.

Happy with the service and the propane. However, when calling to schedule a delivery I've had to hold at least 70 minutes each time I've called in the past few months before I get to speak to a representative. I've also submitted inquiries online and those have been answered fairly quickly so I'll go that route from now on. Thank you so much for the heat. :)

I like the office staff & drivers ...the 1 drawback I have is the wait times on call ins...I was on the phone over an hour again last call! Put another person or two on phone staff! We all dont or cant all use the website!

I love how responsive Quarles is to my calls. They are proactive when refilling my oil tank. I don't have to worry about running out of fuel.

Everyone is so helpful and nice, its a service that we need , not necessarily want to have to pay for, so the fact that your company is fair, honest and helpful makes it so much easier to deal with.

Realized my automatic delivery had been turned off while I tried to get a site visit to install a new tank. I called to indicate my K-1 fuel tank was at 1% and the staff had the fuel delivery the next morning. Thank you!
