Cost of gas is appreciated as I am a 78 year old widow living on a limited income.
I called the corporate line two times (with 30+ minute hold times) and couldn’t get anywhere after two consecutive nights of 40 degree temps INSIDE my home. When I went to the local office in person, they had a technician and tank fill the very next day. I recommend that you allow your customers to call the local office instead of forcing us to use your corporate line.

I find it a bit odd that they are just now, after 20+ years, and having sold out to Superior, asking how I would rate them.
Kamps has been stellar.
I'm hearing rumblings about Superior, but so far the takeover has not been negative for us.
Personally, I like a small town company, their employees that we know and the home town folks and service.
Not a fan of call centers in the valley, if not out of state.
It's the way of the world now, 4 companies owing the whole of everything, food, media, agriculture, and I for one, resent it.
We're losing the heart of small business, competition and community.
I am not a fan of the way things are headed, but Superior has been good to us since the switch, so I don't want to give them a negative review because of my view of the current culture in the world.
I like the automated system that monitors fuel level. My gauge was reading down below 20%, which concerned us as it has never been that low before. When I called the service center for an update, I was told the following day would be the day of service.

Each time I call with a question the staff and knowledgeable and kind. They have resolved all my concerns instantly. They even reached out once to inform me of an issue before I even knew it existed, and they had a resolution in place. My tank is filled properly, with care of my property, each time by another kind and helpful employee.
Everyone is helpful in the office or in the field. We have had lamps propane for 26 years and we always recommend this company to all our friends and family. Keep doing what you've been doing. Happy holidays

Everyone is so helpful and kind. Well except my driver last year. But over all super kind.
Our usual driver always fills our temporary tanks every week he is here. We appreciate his attention to make sure we do not run out while we wait for the original tank to be moved back after construction.

Your customer service appears to be local or at least regional, which is a valuable consideration for me when it comes to customer service. I've always gotten good responsiveness from your customer service representatives.
The personnel treated me great.
There is nothing I like or dislike about the product or the services I receive. The online billing system is slow to catch up—I pay with direct-to-bank, but a few days later the system e-mails me reporting I have a bill due. I see where my latest delivery also added what seems to be a communication sensor to report my tank levels. . .now that's cool.

I like the automatic delivery with the wi-fi connection. Also hope you'll continue to keep prices as low as possible (even for smaller users). You've shown good responsiveness when I've raised this issue in the past, which is appreciated. Hope it continues without me having to constantly keep an eye on things and getting unexpected surprises in terms of price increases. Overall, very satisfied with things so far and look forward to being a customer for a long time to come as long as things continue as they are. I do appreciate the good service and responsiveness.
