We've been dealing with a leak from our tank since the snow storm this winter. Everything has run smoothly as far as SP stating what would happen, when and how to fix the problem.
Delivery could be faster, but I realize you're pretty stretched.

Received a bill from Superior. I called and spoke with a rep from Osterman. She was pleasant and helpful, explaining the reason I received that specific bill. She took the time to review the issue and remained patient throughout.
