Your drivers are friendly and helpful but do not require anyone present during delivery. Deliveries are automatic which has cons such as filling up in the spring time when I no longer need much propane but hopefully is on balance getting me a lower price than waiting until the following winter.

Delivered before run out. Driver courteous and professional. During cold snap driver was concerned about leaks and did a pressure test made us feel safe.
Your Customer service when i call Phone number removed is very nice. I have been with kalgas since 2014.. and I have always been treated very good. Kalgas prices can be higher then others, but knowing I will be taken care of is worth it. I do not like superior... If you call them you feel you aren't being listened to. It's like you are an acct number and not a person. Thru superior the billing is screwed up,...if the Kalkaska ph#assitance ( it's at least in Mi with the 258 #) were to be eliminated I would definitely be looking for a new company.) Superior is to propane as GFL is to trash pickup......
