I am so happy they help me with my bill and also 2 years ago I fell 16 feet down a ladder messed my self up bad. My oil fill is up a hill and out back. I feel bad cause I allways cleared a path but can not do it now. These guys need a medal allways get my fill.

Well i had yo wait a lovely 3.5 hours during a very busy week when i was about to run out and no heat do to heater broken and only had my fireplace. An awesome customer service representative did what she said she would do and was able to get fuel the same day

I was informed when my delivery would be and if there was a change in the delivery, I would be informed. I received a message from the driver letting me know that he would be there shortly. He then informed me the fuel was delivered and how many gallons I received. There was no damage to my driveway or lawn.
Im on automatic delivery and never had a problem. Always have propane in my tanks.

Lisa in customer relations was the best thing that happened to me the day I called with an emergency. Amber who began the call was nothing but rude, uncooperative and just plain unprofessional. I am taking care of my father’s estate in which I am trying to sell the house in Ohio, I live in Indiana and had just returned with an empty propane tank. No heat and it was 38 degrees in the house. After letting Amber know I had an emergency and my tank was completely empty, she still told me it would be “a couple of days” before I could get a delivery. I asked for a supervisor and was put on hold. She never came back but put me back in the queue.
I was on hold for over an hour. Lisa answered the phone and was amazing. She took care of everything and within 2 hours the truck came to fill up the tank. Lisa is a huge credit to your company. I have never dealt with propane in my life so I did not know what had happened but Lisa took charge and called me back to let
Me know that someone would be there in 2 hours! She even said I wasn’t going to leave until I got you taken care of. Bless her for going above and beyond for a customer!
Because you don’t let us run out of gas thank you for that. The other company I had let me run out twice.

Everything seems to work well and the service is great. What I don't like is the fact that I cannot go into the office in Sterling and ask questions regarding my payments. The way paperwork is done is sometimes very confusing for me and I often need help.
I can count on automatic propane delivery when supply is getting low.
