I was not happy with the delivery. The hose was dragged over my carport and I now have several long black rubber streaks on the concrete. The driver could have gone a different, much simpler way than he did.

The rep who took my phone call was nice and put in my request properly and my oil was delivered in a timely manner. When I went to turn on my heat it would not come on. I did mention twice that I was completely out and it was never mentioned that my line would need to be “bled” which is a term I did not know and was later told by a friend. I just wished this was mentioned at the time of my call so I didn’t have to go another two days without heat
