We like how the emergency fuel was delivered - fast and friendly technician. We do have a question as to when the tank was filled as normally there was a receipt placed on the door.
Normally good delivery times, Drivers very careful when backing up our driveway or turning around at upper end of driveway. Drivers also very nice and friendly.
Easy to submit request to refill the tank and prompt on getting it refilled.
The product, propane, works just fine. The most important to me is the service. During the several years I've used the services, it has been excellent. Also, I'm retired from a nearby Fire Department and we have used them several times when their help was needed.
I like the easy access to the information on the website and the updates you provide.
You keep filled up... And normally when it is done you leave me a paper bill on the garage house door but didn't this time for some reason..

Always deliver no matter what. Iv been with these guys for 8 years now and never had an issue. Customer satisfaction is key for these guys and they are super easy to deal with. I highly recommend they to everyone. Keep up the great work guys
Reliable
I like the fact they monitor the tank. I would however like for them to keep the % consistent.
In the winter months they will only produce a ticket when the tank is 15% and then it takes them 10 days to fill up. In the spring months the move the gage to 30% and produce the ticket.
I also pay in full which is quite expensive. I would like to see some sort of discount for patrons who pay in full. I would recommend them. They have been professional and on time and my tank is in a spot that is not the easiest to get to. I appreciate their services.
You are willing to work with your clients and keep us informed about our propane supply so we don’t run out. If we have problems, you work quickly to help us find a solution. Your drivers keep us informed about their time of delivery and are very reliable.

Delivery was very fast and the delivery man was most pleasant. It was very hard to get anyone to answer the phone. Took me 5 days to place my order. Once I got the lady on the phone she was great. I used almost all of my propane in a month which was very unusual for me. Because of the ice I could not check the gauge on my tank. Had to wait until someone could get to it on the slippery ice. Thank you for the rapid delivery.

The phone is not very good, you can't talk to local people to meet your request. You have to travel to get your needs met. The computor is as friendly as it can be. When ordering on line it missed mine.
I will try again someday. The man just said he saw where i ordered but it did not go thru.
