Exceptional service! Our propane was delivered hours before a big snow storm and the driver went above and beyond to reach our tank that was already blocked by a lot of snow. As someone who is recovering from knee surgery and unable to shovel out a path, this was highly appreciated!

I like automatic fill. I never have to worry about running out of oil or propane, especially this winter. Also, I am thankful for yearly maintenance service on my furnace.
We greatly appreciated the customer service call from Michelle.
We had called the central dispatch to place an order. Michelle's call provided a more personal connection and she was able to answer all our questions and provide more detail about what day our delivery had been scheduled, how confirmation would happen.
In addition, she provided information about auto refill and monitoring and arranged for installation of the monitoring system.
The delivery service driver/technician was professional, efficient, and kind.
Overall, very satisfied with our experience.

Love your service, but not sure I understand how the amount is calculated for the Balanced Payment program. My balance was in excess of $800 at one point, i received a delivery less than that amount, and my next statement had a higher payment requested.
I have a spreadsheet showing an entire year for each year and have a good feel when the next delivery is coming for either tank. I then make sure there is enough money in my account.

Rymes employees are wonderful. Every time we have reached out or had contact with Rymes we always have the best conversations and professional representatives to talk with. Patrick, who is top notch has always responded quickly with answers whenever we needed help. Tim has also come to our aid as well. He always is helping and smiling no matter what the issue. The receptionist always pleasant and helpful.
