They are here for me always. Easy to reach and very responsive. For instance Thanksgiving 2025 I was without heat. While it turned out not to be a propane problem, they came out that day to inspect everything. That's what I call service!

When I reach a person at a local branch of Freeman Gas, I always received prompt, courteous service and the assistance I need. After 14 years as a Freeman customer, I now find it frustrating since the purchase by Superior to not be able to easily talk to someone at my local Freeman branch.

We called for a fill up., customee service was quick. Easy payment over the phone and was told within 7 days. Received a text saying it was delivered in 4 days from ordering. Very happy with the service and how quickly it delivered.
For 40 years I have never had to worry about propane. Champagne comes and fills it automatically and I have never run out.
