The last time I was contacted by phone it seemed like it was a 3 second delay for lady before she talked. I think Chris was person that came to house was awesome. He was quick with estimate and was available when I had questions.
You are using technology to improve the client experience
I am on autofill, so I pay in June for the full year, which is called pre buy. They send me paperwork to fill out with the amount I used and if I have money from the previous year to apply. Once this is done I send a check. I am set for the year. The truck comes automatically and fills the tank, so I have propane for the generator and the furnace. This is very convenient for me and relieves stress not having to worry over when they need to come or have to call them. Customer service employees are always helpful and kind. I am very satisfied with Hopkins Propane and have used their service since 2012. Thank you for being my Propane provider.
