I was quoted a delivery price that was outrageous compared to what my neighbor pays. I spoke w/a rep who did everything in her power to help. I was seriously thinking of leaving superior, but she promised she would send an email and someone would be in touch. (I have had several delivery issues in the past and a bit skeptical of everything, but even then, they always worked for an amicable resolution). A woman from their service team reached out and was very "matter of fact". She was able to really do everything possible in my eyes - and I was very satisfied to say the least. I've been with Superior for some time now, i can honestly say I feel as though I am a very valued customer. Thanks and keep up the great work!

We chose Downeast originally because it was a Maine based company. Although that's changed, the product and service have not. Downeast has been consistently supportive, helpful and positive throughout the many years...over thirty...that we have been customers.
The best example of that was when we put in our generator. Downeast coordinated with us and our electricians to ensure that the process went smoothly, and was completed in one day.

They are always professional and helpful. Our tank was getting quite low and they came and filled it right away.
The driver came out to my house and was not able to get in the back yard because I had closed it off due to it not closing properly. Instead of giving up, he went around the house the long way and found that he could get to my tank and that I did not have any mean dogs in my yard. He was very nice and friendly. I really enjoyed his patience and demeanor.
