Heat stopped working during the night. Tank showed 45%, but was actually empty according to the HVAC guy who came out...Kudos to Heath. That tank is another story and will deal with that this week, but called on Saturday morning when the office was closed and as the snow was on the way and Reed Gas was there within 30 minutes to fill my tank and get the heat going in the house. I can't say how impressed I was. Thank you for your quick delivery.
The refill Driver/Technician was great. Very nice and very safety oriented. The original tank install crew were very nice and knowledgeable.

The tech was wonderful and even though there was tons of ice and it was difficult he made it work?
I am very grateful for the excellent customer service I have always received and just most recently during this extreme cold weather stint. I have been going through fuel like crazy this Winter and I misjudged the usage which left my tank almost empty very quickly . They were able to squeeze in my delivery on a very busy day for them to ensure my family was warm. My home is poorly insulated and the furnace works overtime just to keep it at 62 degrees!

First off somoeone answers the phone....like a real person, that is SOOO refreshing! They say they are going to be there a certain day and they are!! Everyone is always friendly and helpful when I have a question.
