I like that you are responsive to customers especially when the need is sudden. I had forgotten to set up my fuel oil for the winter and also needed a delivery. I called on Friday. My request required follow-up and so I called back on Monday. The customer service agent helped me to get my account set up on Monday and oil was delivered on Tues.

The technician was professional, pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable. Even though the replaced part didn’t fix the problem with propane’s pressure in the supply line, he worked the issue until he found the root cause, a leak inside to generator housing, which was unknown until that moment. Finding the leak probably saved us more service calls related to the generator failing to start, backfiring or worse. He also painted the propane supply line, thereby extending its lifetime. Excellent work!
