The automatic delivery for my propane tank takes a worry off my list. It also spreads out the cost over the year, versus a larger bill once a year. It's a great service.

I'm reserving judgement until I see how this winter goes. As a 30 year customer who always pays upfront and is on auto delivery, OSTERMAN let me come very close to running out of propane twice last winter. They promise it won't happen this year....we'll see.
