Normally you are very efficient, but this time oil was spilled all over my tank and patio! I have a 200 gallon tank, but was charged for 204 gallons. I’m assuming for the spillage?

I recently converted to automatic delivery, having been an on-call customer for years. It was painless and quick. Great customer service team! As a bonus I also enrolled in a budget plan which os a boon for seniors on fixed income. On top of that I received 25gallons free for switching and obtained a 5 cent per gallon military discount. All wins!!!
