Been very good for 30 years but didn’t fill out tank on schedule last fall so we just ran out of propane for hot water. They were good about filling quickly after we called.
After the last snow storm I could reach anyone to request delivery for quite a while . Not everyone lives in the country.
It's nice to get a person on the phone if there is an issue, even if it does take a while for someone to come on.

You're doing a great job keeping us from running out of gas! I do wish though you'd keep my generator/garage heat double tanks topped off though so so the bill would be more manageable. I have tried calling your office about it with no luck. Your truck is already here filling a single tank but you won't fill the double tanks even though those tanks need more fuel to fill than the one you just filled? I don't get it? Your truck is already here? I'm afraid to even use the garage heater because I can't chance the generator running out especially now. Please explain? Keep in mind we are seniors on social security! Thank you!
