I like the fact they monitor the tank. I would however like for them to keep the % consistent.
In the winter months they will only produce a ticket when the tank is 15% and then it takes them 10 days to fill up. In the spring months the move the gage to 30% and produce the ticket.
I also pay in full which is quite expensive. I would like to see some sort of discount for patrons who pay in full. I would recommend them. They have been professional and on time and my tank is in a spot that is not the easiest to get to. I appreciate their services.
You are willing to work with your clients and keep us informed about our propane supply so we don’t run out. If we have problems, you work quickly to help us find a solution. Your drivers keep us informed about their time of delivery and are very reliable.

Delivery was very fast and the delivery man was most pleasant. It was very hard to get anyone to answer the phone. Took me 5 days to place my order. Once I got the lady on the phone she was great. I used almost all of my propane in a month which was very unusual for me. Because of the ice I could not check the gauge on my tank. Had to wait until someone could get to it on the slippery ice. Thank you for the rapid delivery.
The ability to have the payment plan
Our service has always been consistent and reliable. Questions are always responded to promptly and professionally and I appreciate the budget billing.
No need to call or worry about running out of gas, they take care of it when it’s needed.

The phone is not very good, you can't talk to local people to meet your request. You have to travel to get your needs met. The computor is as friendly as it can be. When ordering on line it missed mine.
I will try again someday. The man just said he saw where i ordered but it did not go thru.

Osterman Propane customer service is very helpful with issues of propane supply and efficient is scheduling deliveries and service calls.
Very reliable but a nightmare to find the right phone number to call for ordering propane.
Danny who is a district manager came out to do the safety inspection on my propane tank and was a pleasure to deal with as he explained in detail all of the questions that I asked. The following day First name removed came out to fill my tank in the 4' of snow that we had and ironed out some issues with a call to the office so my tank could be completely filled. They were very thankful that I had cleared the snow off of the top of my tank so it could be easily filled. The whole experience was so easy, and it was a great experience.
We have no complaints, so far everything has been good. Keep up the good work!

Their was a severe snow storm and the power was out frr 3 days i was on my generator and my tank was at 20% and my delivery day was 12 days put. A driver was delivering across the street. I asked if he could possibly fill my tank since he was right there he called dispatched and was able to get me some gas. We are expecting to be out of power 5 more days. Ge saved us big time.
