At my request, you put me on automatic delivery when my tank reaches 30% rather than waiting until 20%. This is very important for me as my street is difficult during winter conditions. This gives me a buffer, extra days in case of bad weather. Also you filled it to 90% rather than 82%. Again a big help to me!! Means delivery is not as often, the extra 8%
So thank you for listening! Yes very happy!! And I don't have to call and beg for a delivery.

It takes awhile to get someone on the phone, but the service was prompt and they understood the urgency of a propane delivery for someone with no heat.
Except for occasional hiccups that all businesses have their service is speedy and courteous. No issues except I feel like tank rental fee is way too high.

I am an automatic delivery customer, but hadn't gotten a delivery since Spring. The gauge on the tank read below 20, so I called Griffith. The person I talked to, I believe her name is Cynthia, was very reassuring and pleasant. I had to wait a long time for my chance to speak to a representative and Cynthia (?) made the wait worthwhile!
I did request notification before delivery so I could shovel a path to the tank, but I did not receive notification. I apologized to the driver for not having a path shoveled. He was pleasant, appreciated my concern, and completed the job efficiently and without complaint.

Once I figured it all out and how to navigate the site, it was fairly easy. The people I spoke with are very courteous and concerned about why you are calling. They were very prompt on delivery which I very much appreciate since propane is our only form of heat if the power goes out. Thank you for your service.

Efficint on deliveries
The office staff was very helpful in helping me set up my portal. Also, she got me scheduled for a delivery right away. They texted me when they were coming. Even though there was a delay in delivery, they were able to fill my tank the next day. The driver actually called to let me know he was on the way. It was right before the most recent snow/ice storm. It really meant a lot that they delivered the gas before the storm hit. I was am very happy with the customer service from the office staff to the delivery man. Thank you, Toney Fitzgerald

Delivery is fast when you put in the request. Staff are very friendly and professional especially the recent delivery in our icy driveway and yard.
