Ease of setting everything up
My household have been getting propane from Osterman Propane for 25 years, and propane was always there, like air.
At one point, about a year ago, something went wrong, and we ran out of propane. Once I realized what happened, I called Osterman, and they delivered propane in two hours although it was a Sunday.
Later Brad Loverde, a manager, called with apologies and offered a whopping discount, which I still enjoy.
