We called at 10pm with a suspecting we had a gas leak. They sent Chuck out right away. He inspected the everything and quickly found that we did not have a gas leak, but our gas was actually empty and the indicator was faulty. Within two days they were out at the house filling the gas and getting us taken care of. The customer service was top notch throughout the process, which is not the norm these days.

It's easy to order. Very prompt response. The geezer discount helps a lot. And, you have the best tasting propane I've ever had!
My technician was kind, knowledgeable and patiently explained everything. My bills over the past few years don’t seem reasonable and he is going to look into this. He is as thorough and checked for any leaks and I’m hoping they figure out why I needed so many gallons in a short amount of time over the last several years.
You keep our propane tanks full. The people in the local office are friendly, easy to talk to, yet they are very professional.

I do wish that more discounts were afforded seniors who live on social security. There should be cap on what seniors are billed. Plus go back to yearly furnace maintenance.
