Ok, Acme propane WAS excellent. Those staff still around from the Acme days are terrific. Used to be one call, first name recognition, gave my phone number and all was well. Now that Superior took over, every single call, regardless of its nature, name, phone number, email, even when making a second call in a given day. It's impersonal and off putting disconnected corporate nonsense.

We have never run out of propane. We are on an auto delivery, but I know people who have had auto delivery and run out before. Their calculations for consumption has been spot on. We use propane for heating, cooking, and drying. We can have peace of mind knowing that Downeast will deliver!
