When I call the person answering the phone is courteous and very helpful The delivery personnel have also been courteous and helpful. I am currently receiving my delivery on a better schedule than some previous schedules where I ran out and experienced a short period of no heat.

I had to cancel the 1st scheduled delivery bc we had snow and 4inches of ice in the yard and around to our tank. I held for 43minutes. The 2nd time I called at 8.30am and was in my 28th minute of a hold when the delivery arrived. Our yard to the tank was still snow and ice covered. He insisted that since he was here, he would clear enough of a path to get to our tank. That he did! I feel like he went above and beyond to complete our delivery.

The drivers are great to deal with. I had to shovel a path and it goes from the front of my house to the back and with all the snow it was no easy task. He took the time to write thank you on my bill! Whenever I call, whoever I speak to is always helpful and pleasant! I also love that I don't have to watch my tanks, they do it from the office for me and provide automatic delivery! Great company!

I called for service the Saturday before a large snow storm due on Sunday because we ran out of propane. With the cold weather we just didn’t realize how quickly we were using it. I waited 20 minutes for a lovely woman who was extremely helpful in sending someone out after I mentioned a smell. The person who came out was kind, professional and was able to give us propane before the storm. Within 2 hours of realizing we were out of propane, we had heat and hot water before the storm. We are so grateful for both people and this company!

I like the personalized service. My tank is kept full especially during the cold winter weather. I use the gas for hot water, heat for the house, my clothes dryer and stove. If things get too low I can call and get a delivery without much delay. Very dependable. Convenient pay plan and a senior discount.
