Freeman Gas is wonderful to work with. They have one problem and that is keeping their trucks running. Since Superior took over the service and customer service has gone south. The people managing the phones can be very gruff and really don’t seem to care about the customers. Not Freeman customer service. Superior is mimicking big business & money which takes away the personal aspect.

We had our propane filled last week. I didn't need to call. They remembered that this is when we fill the tanks once per year. Driver was very pleasant, Jessie.

The service is great. They let me know exactly when my delivery would be made. The man who delivered my propane was super nice. I would recommend Superior Plus if you need fuel.
I appreciate that price match for loyal customers and the guy that came to fill my tank after I let it go to zero was so helpful. He went through my appliances with me to make sure they all worked properly and the fireplace was causing a bit of a struggle at it took about 10 min of letting the air out before the gas came through again. I’ll make sure to never let it go to zero again.
Would be great if some promotional pricing is offered as in past years.
