I spoke with Tina(I believe from Ohio) on 9/9 in regards to placing an order to take advantage of the special offer to fill my tank and save .20 cents per gallon. She was very personable and knowledgeable and placed my order. She provided me with the estimated cost based on my tank at 20%. The delivery came on 9/16 and after the driver left I checked the gauge only to find out it was only at 70% not 80 which i understand is considered full. I called and lucky enough I got Tina again. She thought maybe the driver ran out of propane but since there was nothing on the receipt left by the driver we weren't sure why it wasn't full. She said she would get back to me once she heard from dispatch but I never received a call back.

I was unable to contact the Ellijay office. Contacted another phone number that was on the recorded message. After the third attempt, was able to speak with an employee. There was an issue in confirming that I was the customer requesting a refill on the propane tank. Once resolved, the tank was refilled.

I am happy with Superior. Oddly I did just give your name to a new homeowner next door. Ordinarily I would have said "Zero change of recommending" because no one would ask me about propane and because the question was poorly worded you might think I was dissatisfied. I am totally satisfied and happy with Superior. Now after telling that person about you, I can honestly say I will very likely NOT recommend you to anyone else just because not many people have a new need for propane.
