It is fairly priced, no one bothers me about the service, I request delivery on the web site, the delivery gets made within a reasonable time, and I have automatic payment set up. Honestly it is pretty painless. The delivery people are nice also.

I would suggest a useful improvement would be to add a 'contact us' option on the website (perhaps in the order routine) to add customer comments/instructions. When ordering my last delivery (9/15) - I wasn't sure that the driver had a key to my driveway gate (a hunting camp off Wagner Hill Rd) so I left the gate unlocked and asked that the driver lock the gate when leaving and confirm that the key (if he had one) fit the lock - and if he didn't have a key - let me know that a replacement key was needed.

I received the delivery & Tina just confirmed that the delivery record staters that the driver has a key to the lock - but I would like to hear from the driver that he has the right key so I need not leave the gate unlocked for future deliveries.

We have been customers of Osterman/Superior LLC for 32 years.
We have always been treated fairly. Especially now as retirees our current price of $ 2.39.9 is excellent. Times are hard for everyone, expenses are "through the roof".
Your delivery drivers are excellent. Hopefully there will not be a shortage of drivers as last year.
One recommendation out side of using the online tools: In the event that we need to call Superior the wait time on the phone can be a half hour or more ? That should not be.
