I tried for 2 days to contact any office and was put on hold for more than an hour when I gave up holding. Please, let me know what I have to do to change my payment method, my previous credit card was hacked and I had to change it.

Under the new wifi level readings, service has been on time never leaving me to call to get fuel. Its a relief off my mind as the last time this happened five years ago running dry turned off all my utilities, furnace, gas hot water heater, and stove/oven. When I turned the furnace back on a pipe had frozen causing a break in my ceiling causing water to flood my downstairs hardwood floor. Fortunately my insurance covered some of the loss but I got no help elsewhere with the driver at the time saying they did not cover restarting the appliances and I was basically on my own.
I have used your propane service previous Osterman and now Superior for over 35 years, I had a brief run with the vendor from Stephentown delivered but reneged on a service payback once he had me as a customer. I will not do business with people who operate from that paradigm and would turn to electric, oil, solar, wind or any other means I would have to engage to get the job done. For the present I am pleased with your service and pricing and have recommended you to other Stamford customers who use another supplier.
Fast service and very professional and friendly
products are good, as it is the only place to get kerosene, service is good, but too expensive. You charged me over $500 for a simple ignitor install.

Unlike a competitor, your fleet provide service w/o my tanks going completely empty-great timing! Drivers are courteous, friendly, and, gratefully, capable of backing up w/o being all over a customer's lawn.
The only curiosity is that customers lock into contracts for price, based on expected rises...If prices dip, no minor rebate. (Like knocking $20 off...to make the customer feel less like they've been pillaged) But I certainly would recommend to others.
