I'm not sure who Allen & Mathewson is. Is this another name for Roy Brothers/Superior Plus Propane?
The prices for Propane and Oil are very competitive. It's why I won't go anywhere else. I've been with them since buying our home in 2014, and I've been happy with them since. I highly recommend Rymes to anyone in search of a company that will take care of them!!
The local propane delivery service is great. The phone of Superior Propane and its web portal both were non operative, making it very hard to order a delivery.
Timely delivery, respectful of the property and friendly when I'm home to talk to the delivery person.

I like the professional service of the propane drivers at the delivery site. They have always been friendly and in good spirits.
However, the telephone operation is beyond broken. I was told multiple times that there were more than 80 previous callers ahead of my call. And that the wait would be more than an hour.
Not happy about this aspect of the company.
