The employees at Freeman Gas have always been extremely nice and informative. We had a gas fireplace installed and the technician was excellent. If I have a need for a tank refill before my scheduled tank refill time, they always come out within a very reasonable period of time. I would highly recommend Freeman Gas.

It took a few phone calls several months into the start-up to resolve billing and delivery frequency. Customer service has been terrific once I get on the phone with someone at the office.

I am overall happy with Quarels service. Only thing I might be concerned about is I was told by delivery man that my tank was a little down to much. Also the tech turned off my pilot light and said the delivery man coming that same day could relight the pilot, however the delivery man could not get it relit and it ended up costing me $219 dollars to have a fireplace tech come out and get it restarted.
You are very reliable about filling everything w/o my having to worry about it.
