Not much to like or dislike, it's friggin' propane afterall. Delivery service was excellent though, just wish we'd known when the truck was coming. Asked to be advised ahead of time, but was not. Even checked website earlier in the day, and it just said "pending".

You new notification system is excellent! It let me know when the delivery would happen. Then it let me know it was delivered. Then it gave me a report of the cost.

Drivers are respectful of property..I know its a pain in the neck to put the bill on my front door, but in all the years (22?) Whether Rymes or Superior, the driver does it. I really like the ability to go on line, see my propane levels and pay the bill...

Delivery is always on point. I have never run out. They put a gauge on my tank so myself and them can check the levels from the portal online. This has been super handy. Delivery driver is very friendly and polite, always upbeat. Customer service reps helped me out a couple years ago when she realized I was a senior citizen on a fixed income she put my account on a discount.
