We called for an oil delivery and as always within a few days you filled me up thank you so much
I have been a customer for at least 20 years. For the first time this winter, I ran out of oil. I called the office and the woman who answered the phone said you could be here in two days.
And, didn't I have someone who could manually put some diesel in the tank? The woman also said a driver had tried 2-3 times to make a delivery but there was too much snow. No one contacted me. I could have made a path with my snowblower with my neighbor's help.
Luckily, another neighbor was able to put a few gallons in my tank. We had problems getting the heat on. Then, after my tank was filled two days later, I got a $1,100.00 bill. Highest ever.
I just wanted you to know. Otherwise, you have been great!

We have been extremely pleased with the service from Holden. Deliveries are reliable and timely. We are on auto-delivery so we don't need to worry about running out of propane. They keep us informed every step of the way so we always know what is going on. We would highly recommend Holden for anyone looking for dependable propane delivery and excellent customer service.

The technicians that came out, Jeremy and Phillip were wonderful and went way beyond thier call of duty (I am sure) to help us. We are grateful. PLUS, I was grateful tht you have a customer service that actually answers the phone rather than an AI system. Today I received a call from another gas company following up on a inquiry I made for gas more than 2 weeks ago on line, and they called me back today. I told them they lost the opportunity to get a new customer because they did not answer the phone and Freeman did.... so just feedback that AI is not always in the best interest of companies looking to employ less people. Staff your company to meet the customer demand and we will truly appreciate it everytime! This is why I went with your company.
