This is the second time that I've used Zerorez. While they still did a relatively good job (probably still better than the competition), things did not go as well as the first time Zerorez came out. The carpets took a lot longer to dry (maybe weather had something to do with it?)...they were much more damp when they finished than when Zerorez came our last year. Also, more of the stains returned after drying than last year, but this may be a result of the stains themselves and not the performance of the guys who came out. Still, Gregory and Marcus were both very courteous and professional.
Thank you for taking the time to review your cleaning. We are very sorry that your second experience didn't quite measure up to your first experience. We appreciate the feedback and will definitely take a look at any underlying issues that may have caused the extended dry time and recurring stains. We have had some very humid days this summer, so our dry times do seem to be longer than normal. We've been recommending that our customers turn down their AC to around 70 or 72 degrees to help with the air circulation and dry the carpets faster. We do have our 30-day Gotta Love It Guarantee and we would be more than happy to come back out and re-service any areas of concern. I wasn't prepared for the additional time (beyond the initial 8 hours) that would be required for the carpet to dry. And while the removal of some serious pet stains was SPECTACULAR, I was a little disappointed that (after the carpet had dried) the carpet still looked a bit dirty (heavily trafficked).

I appreciate that there are no chemicals used in the cleaning process. The couches were cleaned in the morning and that evening I was able to snuggle with the kids on the couch without worrying about breathing in residual cleaning chemicals. I also like how professional the cleaning crew is. Their appearance was very neat and they were well groomed. They spoke clearly, politely and made eye contact. Well done zerorez. We will see you again this time next year.

My carpets looked AMAZING! you have make a lifelong customer out of me as well. The owner came out and cleaned my carpet because the tech that was suppose to do it had his child go into labor. Employee charged for two steps in masterbedroom and would not clean two very small rugs that are kept in family room. I have had many carpet cleanings and no other ever charged for those 2 steps in MBR and no one ever said they would charge for the 2 little rugs. EMployee also did not seem earger to get under and around furniture. You should have more than one person on a job - I have never seen any other vendor just send one person. Certain areas were more wet than others which led me to believe some areas were not given adequate time and attention.

They WORK!!! I have had my rugs cleaned many times by Service Master and Stanley.... but NEVER have they had these types of results! My rugs look amazing and like new again. I was going to replace my wall to wall carpet which would have cost me a fortune, but I tried ZEROREZ first and I am so glad I did because my rugs LOOK and FEEL clean! And on top of it, the service man was so AMAZING and NICE and hardworking! That is hard work cleaning rugs and I appreciate all they did to make my house look spick and span clean! Thank You LUIS!

The person was on time,very nice & called a head. Carpet came out nice. They only thing they took 24 hours to dry. Need to take up excess water.
