Over the years we have had various carpet cleaning companies, several name brand, clean our carpets. All were more interested in getting a foot in the door and then try to upsell different things like scotch guard or anti-allergies nullifying any savings we thought we would get with the coupon.
With ZEROREZ they helped find savings over the phone and then proceeded to service us to the price. AND, the end results were fantastic!

The carpet looks great. I do have a couple spots coming back up but the tech said that could happen because the finishing spray is in a bottle with pump spray so can miss a spot.

Please schedule tech to come back next time he is in the area. Not necessary to make a special trip.

The service provider was professional and did a great job getting some old spots out of my carpet.

Our first experience (a year ago) motivated me to use Zerorez again. However, since this time it took over 18 hours for the carpets to dry (I was told it would be about an hour) I am reluctant to choose Zerorez again, as it was a huge inconvenience to have to leave the furniture moved for that amount of time, the cats were locked away for much more time than was planned, etc. The product and end result were great, but not sure the trade-off of time was worth it.

Your technician was terrific! No complaints there. My carpets are old and heavily soiledin some places. Your cleaning technique is geared more to lightly soiled carpets. While it is true that there is no residue and that the carpets smell fresh, I would qualify any endorsement with the first statement.

remove stains more effectively

On time, quick service and excellent clean. Carpets looks great and all stains removed.

The technician that was sent to my house seemed very inexperienced. The email I got said that he would "agitate the area to be cleaned using a counter-rotating brush..." After he had completed the upstairs and stairs (which I did not watch), I asked where this machine was and he brought it in off his truck with the cord wrapped around, stating that he was new and sometimes got confused. I question whether he agitated the areas upstairs and/or the stairs although he assured me he had.

Carpet cleaning was very efficient. Vent cleaning was a disappointment.

Zerorez products do the job. My carpets were heavily stained by 3 dogs wear and tear. While all the spots were not removed, my carpets are 100% better than they were. There was no after odor as there was the first time the carpets were cleaned by a different service.

The men who came were very courteous and explained everything they were going to do and the expected results. I will definitely use Zerorez again.

Send 2 teams. It took significantly longer than expected because of the need to go to the truck to empty dirty water and refill clean water (we are on the 5th and 6th floor and the portable units had to be used). I think fatigue contributed to the fact that the areas done after 7 1/2 hours were not as well done as the first part. Schedule a walk-through after a sufficient time for the carpets to dry as a common practice, at least for large commercial jobs.

Service man, Marcus, was very personable and polite. He did a great job and I love the way my carpets look even though they are 20years old and are well worn. I would recommend your company and will use your services again.
