All staff on the phone were very pleasant and helpful. Luis that did the services could not have been more professional and helpful. Lots of stairs and 3 landings and a long hall that are heavily trafficked. All areas look great. Thank you Zerorez. I already recommended your company to two people.

Unable to get pet stains as previous stated the company could def. handle . Was told a tarp would be used on an area carpet, it was not use there just a bit of water spillage on the floor. Edges of carpet were not able to be cleaned I believe without the tarp. Don't believe the high water temp was used.
This was my first time using Zerorez -- and actually my first time ever having carpets cleaned. Karina Williamson in the call center was extremely patient and accommodating when I had to reschedule several times because of my business travel schedule. And Luis Padilla, who cleaned my carpets, was beyond friendly, professional, and efficient. I loved the experience and would absolutely recommend Zerorez DC Metro to friends, family, and coworkers.

The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was given a courtesy call to let me know the technician would be here in 20 minutes and he was here in 18. My carpets and stairs not only look amazing, but they also feel clean and soft under foot once again. Total time for service was just about an hour and a half. I could not be happier. Lastly, the tech suggested applying the pet product ina different way - which made it more effective AND $50 CHEAPER!! I could not believe it, a company that is willing to suggest the best way to use their produce as well and save me money......they will be getting my business every time.

The technician was very nice but my disappointment was that the equipment could not get close enough to the walls and corners so there it looks like the carpet was never cleaned at all. At least, I hope that most of the dust was picked up. Thank you.

The service man was polite and on time, he took great care with our furniture and was conscious of the complications of having a disabled person at home and worked around him.

This time your service was impeccable. It is unfortunate that I had to have you come back a second time to do the job correctly. I will admit, however, that you did come back and complete the job more than satisfactorily. However, it was most inconvenient to have to give up two days to have it done properly.
